YP Network regularly organises Introductory Information Sessions for new registrants to the party to formally introduce them to YP and the People’s Action Party. We cater to individuals who register their interest through the website or sign up via our branches. These sessions serve as an avenue for new registrants to gain an insight into what we do, what we stand for and what we expect of party activists.

Sessions are typically organised to provide an overview about the Party, its history, objectives, values and attributes as well as exchange views with a panel of guest speakers comprising a Member of Parliament and a YP leader. The exchange sessions, and are aimed at addressing any questions attendees may have.

At the end of each Introductory Information Session, new registrants are invited to join the YP as activists at the branch of their residence if they are willing to make the commitment. Friends who are not ready to make the commitment are welcome to stay in touch for future events.
