 | Jessica has served as a Member of Parliament for East Coast Group Representative Constituency since 2006.
She has been with Microsoft for over 5 years and is currently the Managing Director for Microsoft Singapore. Jessica has been in the IT Industry for 20 years, serving in various leadership positions in sales, services and strategic business development roles in Singapore and the Asia Pacific Region.

At the age of 42, she is married with 3 children. Jessica has keen interests in cooking and jogging.
Jessica received her primary education from the Convent of Our Lady of Good Counsel and continued her studies in St Joseph's Convent and Catholic Junior College for her GCE 'O' and 'A' levels respectively. Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) from the National University of Singapore in 1989 majoring in Economics and Sociology.
