Press Statement – New Central Executive Committee (CEC) Line-Up for PAP.

The CEC of the People’s Action Party met on May 31st 2011 and approved a new line-up of appointment holders. The overall membership of the CEC remained unchanged, consisting of twelve members elected at the 2010 PAP Party Conference and six co-opted members.

A brief introduction:
My name is Sim Hsin Loong, 29 years old and i am currently living in Marine Parade GRC. I graduated from NTU in 2006 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and am currently working in a stock broking house.

Thoughts:
All along i have been interested in politics. However, it has never been so real to me till now, in this 2011 general election.

Many people took for granted the success Singapore achieved. However, I believe two important factors were present all these years.
