YP Women is dedicated to increasing young women's participation in the political process and promoting opportunities for them to play their part in building the nation.

In this way, the PAP will continue to be relevant to the fast-changing aspirations, attitudes and values of younger generations of women.

Specifically, YP Women aims to :

• Provide a channel and platform for contemporary young women aged 17 to 40 to voice their aspirations and views
• Tap the talents and energy of young women for nation-building
• Promote opportunities for young women to be more engaged in politics, and train young women to become political leaders
