The highly anticipated Budget 2011 will leave its mark on Singapore. And a mark it left, indeed. Apart from the ‘ang-paos’ that Singaporeans have been looking forward to, Budget 2011 brings with it several issues that, in my opinion, show that the Government really meant business – to the businesses in Singapore.
